How does it work
Patients search and find a doctor, book an appointment, visit in-person or online through our telehealth.

Patients will go to the Find a Doctor page. On this page, the patient will search for a
doctor or specialist.

Patients can then make a booking to see a doctor.
Patients can choose to visit in-person or online through the telehealth features.

Patients will receive an sms or an email with a date, time and link- either from CheckApp or directly from the
preferred platform used during confirmation (Teams, Zoom, Skype etc.).
The doctor or specialist will call the patient on the date and time specified.

Once the consultation is done, the doctor can send notes and the prescription to the patient.
The consultation can also be billed automatically.

The patient can then, download the prescription and the bill for the consultation.
